These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Main Floral ("we/us") and apply to all orders placed on our website.
1. Products and Availability
- All products shown on our site are for local delivery only and subject to availability. Some flowers may arrive in bud form to ensure longevity.
- In case of supply issues, we reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value without notice.
2. Pricing
- Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude delivery fees, which vary based on location.
- Seasonal changes and high-demand periods may affect pricing without prior notice.
3. Order Proces
- Orders require accurate details, including the recipient’s complete address and contact number. We accept payments via major credit/debit cards.
- You will receive an email confirmation of your order once it has been processed.
4. Delivery
- Orders placed by 2:00 PM (recipient’s time zone) qualify for same-day delivery, Monday–Friday. Weekend orders must be placed by 10:00 AM on Saturday.
- For time-specific deliveries, please contact us directly. A premium may apply.
- We are not liable for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address details.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be requested before the order is processed. Once delivered, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
- If an incorrect address was provided, a $10 re-delivery fee applies.

- We endeavor to keep our website fully operational, but we do not guarantee it will always be free from errors.
