Delivery Information
1. Same-Day Delivery
- Orders placed by 2:00 PM (recipient’s time zone) qualify for same-day delivery Monday–Friday. Orders for Saturday delivery must be placed by 10:00 AM. We do not deliver on Sundays, except on specific holidays like Mother’s Day.
2. Standard Delivery Times
- Business Deliveries: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Residential Deliveries: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
- School Deliveries: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
- During peak seasons, delivery hours may extend.
3. Special Deliveries
- Priority and time-specific deliveries are available for an additional charge. Requests can be added to the "special instructions" field during checkout, though we cannot guarantee all requests without prior arrangement.
4. Delivery to Specific Locations
- Funeral Homes: We prioritize these deliveries. If we cannot meet the service time, we will notify you.
- Schools: Deliveries are made to the front office; please order early for timely delivery.
5. Recipient Availability
- If the recipient is unavailable, the delivery person may leave the flowers with a neighbor or in a secure location. If none are available, we may leave a note for the recipient to arrange re-delivery.
- For anonymous deliveries, we may disclose the sender’s name upon the recipient’s request for security purposes.
6. Incorrect Address
- If the provided address is incorrect, a $10 re-delivery fee applies. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses.
7. Non-Delivery Areas
- We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. For rural deliveries, the recipient may be contacted in advance to ensure availability.
