Returns & Refunds Policy

We want every customer to feel confident ordering from us. Since flowers are perishable and time-sensitive, our return and refund policy is a little different from traditional retail stores—but we always try to make things right.

 

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the freshness or quality of the flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.


If there’s ever a problem with your order, please contact us ASAP. We really do care.

Guaranteed Freshness

We guarantee the freshness of our flowers. The life cycle of each flower varies; for example, roses typically last 5–10 days, while flowers like gerbera daisies and tulips may last 3–6 days. Please let us know if your arrangement does not meet this standard.

Replacement

If you are not fully satisfied, we will replace the flowers free of charge.

Refunds

To qualify for a refund, the flowers and container must be returned to our shop. Delivery charges are non-refundable, and refunds are credited to the original purchaser, not the recipient.

To Request a Refund or Replacement: Please call us as soon as possible. We are committed to ensuring you are happy with our service.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Since many floral orders are designed after they’re placed, cancellations or changes may not always be possible—especially for same-day orders.

If you need to make a change:

  • Call us immediately at (763) 421-7411

  • Give us your order number and details

We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the design or delivery process begins.


Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • The original order cost remains the customer’s responsibility

  • A redelivery fee may apply if a second delivery attempt is required


Non-Returnable Items

Since flowers are perishable, most arrangements can’t be returned once delivered unless there’s a quality issue.

Custom designs, event florals and wedding flowers may have separate agreements at the time of booking.
